1901 cadastral map of Chambers County, Texas, with highlighting added to emphasize the John Iiams league at the mouth of Cedar Bayou. Iiams wrote a letter to Stephen F. Austin in 1825 on behalf of Micajah and Henry William Munson regarding the brothers' desire to obtain grants on Cedar Bayou near the Iiams land. Nothing came of the inquiry.
